Copeville Silo Art

Just when you thought the silo art in the Karoonda East Murray District couldn't get any better ... introducing Copeville Silo Art

The Viterra Silos at Copeville were painted by artist Jarrod Loxton and completed in October 2022. Featured on the silo is the Australian Pink and Grey Galah and a Clydesdale horse both in a wheat field.

Located at: 3774 Perponda Road, Copeville, SA.
Please note access to these silos is via unsealed roads. They are still working silos and are fenced off for security purposes. Best to be viewed via the roadside or from your vehicle.

Copeville has a population of 44 people according to the 2021 Census. The town was established on the Waikerie railway line, but the line has long closed, and the town has since declined.

The bulk grain silos are still operational, but only when required due to a bumper harvest season.
